We have a long history of helping revive commercial corridors in lower income neighborhoods.

Franklin Avenue and Lake Street in Minneapolis, and Payne and Selby Avenues in St. Paul are good examples of rebounding neighborhood "main streets" that we've invested in. We also support small business development partners in our focus neighborhoods through COACTION grants. Wherever possible, we align our economic development support with city interests and resources, and other key Community Development Financial Institutions including the Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers and the Neighborhood Development Center.
