Our Central Corridor as Cultural Corridor initiative (C4) fosters economic development and placemaking along the Green Line light rail.

C4 supports community-based partners in six unique business districts along the new University Avenue light rail line to foster a "cultural corridor" highlighting local diversity, uniting communities, and boosting neighborhood economies. The six districts are: Little Mekong, Historic Rondo/Frogtown, Little Africa, the Creative Enterprise Zone, Prospect Park, and the West Bank to attract new entrepreneurs and customers to the Central Corridor.

C4's first major public event in 2014, C4ward, invited people throughout the region to attend a series of arts and cultural events in these districts on consecutive weekends throughout the summer and early fall. See the C4ward infographic showing the successful results. You can follow C4's events and activities on Facebook.
