Andriana Abariotes, executive director, assumed leadership of the Twin Cities LISC program in 2007. She joined the Twin Cities office as a program officer in May 1999 to help oversee LISC’s grant making programs and coordinate technical assistance and capacity building strategies in local community development. In 2005, she was promoted to the director of fund development and communications for the Twin Cities office and also became the lead coordinator for outcomes measurement activities, external communications, and public policy efforts. Prior to joining LISC, she worked as a nonprofit consultant providing a range of organizational development services including program evaluation, strategic planning, fundraising and program design. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College and masters degree in public affairs from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota.
